Maine's jagged coastline is home to many lighthouses (secondmost, after Michigan), from the southernmost Whaleback to the northernmost Whitlock's Mill. Maine's West Quoddy Head Lighthouse is also near the easternmost point in the United States and sees the first sunrise.
